This practice was originated by my father, Jack H. Woolsey, D.D.S. when he opened his doors in 1963 in Phoenix, Ariz. He provided excellent family dental care until about 1997 when he retired.
I graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with honors including induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student award.
I joined my father at in Phoenix immediately after graduation and eventually bought his practice. My corporation was officially started on my first son's birthday in 1996.
We offer a wide variety of quality dental services for people of all ages. This includes any dental/hygiene needs and cosmetic desires. We like to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment where people can feel a little more relaxed during their visit.
We are partnered with Dr. Watkins for our implants.
